Saturday VR Group Run

Where?: Lock 29 in Peninsula
When?: 6:30am Saturday

This week, we'll simply head south (towards Akron) on the Towpath for an out-n-back 12 miles total. Water/bathroom will be available twice at the Bolanz parking lot/visitor's center.

Perfect for:
1) those recovering off of the BT50K
2) those in their Burning River 100 taper
3) those training for Akron who can then add miles before or after if need be
4) those who just want to run!!!
