No Run No Worries!!!

Please do not FREAK OUT if you missed your long run or had to cut your run short this weekend!!! It will not hurt your training!!! Look at it as an unexpected break and a recovery week. Do NOT try to make up the lost mileage!!!

I think i needed this post today. I keep debating whether to go trudge 17 miles around the neighborhood and my practical side says that will not help you one iota at boston, but my ocd side says but your weekly mileage will suffer :)
