Let's keep it simple this week...

Warm-Up

800 x 6 (2-3 min recovery between each 800) (10K Goal Pace)

1 x 1 Mile (Half Marathon Goal Pace)

Cool Down

Meet at the Ken Field House @ 5:30pm
Workout begins @6pm
